Most products are shipped directly from GoldenAgeMusicCollectagles.com from New York by USPS.

Some orders are fulfilled by the Authors or owners of the product as dropships direct to you. These are non-returnable.

Orders ship within 3 – 7 days of receipt unless noted (e.g., print on demand).

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item is received damaged. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s), which may involve shipping the item(s) back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).

Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
